- Dr. Susan Durón
Dr. Susan Durón has been the owner and operator of META Associates since 1993. Her specialties include program evaluation and assessment; migrant, bilingual, ESL, and special education; professional development; and meeting coordination and facilitation. She manages the day-to-day operations of META Associates and directs business development. - Dr. Guillermo Durón
Dr. Guillermo Durón is the co-owner of META Associates and has been a research associate since 2003. His specialies include program evaluation, quantitative research design and analysis, English language development, proposal writing, and online course development. In addition, he manages research and technology for META Associates. - Cari Swenson
Cari Swenson has been a consultant for META Associates since 1994. Her specialties are program evaluation, qualitative research design and analysis, grant writing, family literacy, Even Start and Migrant Even Start, and early childhood education. She evaluates state reading, math, and science initiatives; family literacy programs; and programs for diverse student populations. - Marty Jacobson
Marty has consulted with META Associates since 2004 and has recently become more involved in several projects. He has worked at all levels of migrant education from teacher and recruiter to coordinator, trainer and supervisor. His specialties are educational technology, data collection and reporting, and electronic systems alignment. - Dr. Cecilia Navarrete
Dr. Cecilia Navarrete, a consultant for META Associates, has extensive experience in program planning, evaluation and classroom assessment specifically for low-income and minority youth. She has over 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, researcher, director of a national technical assistance center for Title I and VII program evaluations, university instructor; and university coordinator of research, planning, infrastructure development. - Dr. Lois Adams
Dr. Lois Adams provides assistance to META Associates in the areas of special education including services to English language learners with exeptional needs. She has extensive experience working with schools, districts, and BOCES to ensure that systems are in place for English language learners with disabilities. - Dr. Ninfa Agnello-Harrington
Dr. Ninfa Agnello-Harrington has been an educator for 30 years. Her areas of expertise include bilingual/ ESL education; Title I; professional development/ training; grant writing; getting people to collaborate in order to obtain optimum results; and school management She has extensive experience in school administration and training at various levels. - Dr. Deanna Perez Williams
Deanna has extensive work and research expertise, using an interdisciplinary approach, with diverse populations in education and health.
